Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank

T&Cs – BONUS Avios EXCLUSIVE & INTRODUCTORY OFFER

Following are the terms and conditions for the Bonus Avios launch offer:

1. Salary should be credited regularly for 12 months following the issuance of the credit card. (Applicable to New to Bank Salary Transfer customers only).
2. Salary should not decrease in the 12 months following the issuance of the credit card. (Applicable to New to Bank Salary Transfer customers only).
3. Existing credit card holders who had availed cards against deposit, taking a new credit card against salary would be considered as an existing customer and Bonus Avios offer is not applicable for these customer.
4. Requirements for new to card deposit customers:
   (i) Visa Infinite: Deposit Amount of QR 100,000.
   (ii) Visa Signature: Deposit of QR 30,000 (All segments).
5. Payments on the card should not be irregular i.e. missed 2 payments of minimum amount due on the monthly card statement.
6. Cards cannot be cancelled within 12 months of the card issuance date.
7. Customers should not have cancelled the Doha Bank card in the 12 months period before the issuance of the co-brand credit card.
8. If the conditions are not met by the customer there will be a one-time charge of QR 5,000 for Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Infinite Credit Card by Doha Bank and QR 2,500 for Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Signature Credit Card by Doha Bank.
9. The customer will be required to sign an undertaking agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions if the customer wishes to opt for the Avios Bonus Launch Offer.
10. Sign Up bonus Avios is awarded to customers who successfully apply for the Qatar Airways co-branded credit card and make their first purchase and Avios will be credited to the customer within 45 days post the first transaction on the card, provided customer profile is successfully enrolled at Qatar Airways.
11. It is mandatory for the customer to be enrolled at Qatar Airways via Doha Bank to earn the Avios and Qpoints.
12. Clients eligible for this campaign will not be eligible for any other campaign offered by Doha Bank on Credit cards during the period of this campaign.
13. Bonus Avios are not transferable or replaceable for cash or any other prize.
14. The bank’s decision in all matters relating to this campaign is final and binding.
15. This campaign, along with its features, has been introduced by the bank and its sole discretion. Accordingly, the bank retains the right to discontinue the offer or vary its features thereof at any time without prior notice.
16. This promotion will have no impact on the final decision with regards to the approval of the credit card application.
17. All facilities are granted at the sole discretion of Doha Bank, Doha Bank reserves the right to decline any application that does not meet the eligibility requirements as defined by the bank. In case of any disputes, including but not limited to disputes on meeting the spending thresholds, the Bank’s decision would be considered as final.

General terms and conditions - PRIVILEGE CLUB VISA INFINITE CREDIT CARD

QPOINTS

• The renewal or upgrading of your Privilege Club tier, due to earning Qpoints through spending with your Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank, is subject to the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.
• You will earn 1 Qpoint for every purchase of QR 2,000 on your Credit Card with a maximum of 300 Qpoints annually from the date of successful enrollment of the customer with Doha Bank and Qatar Airways. Enrollment occurs once customer details on the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Card Profile matches with the customers Doha Bank Profile (i.e. Name, date of birth, privilege card number). As a co-brand credit card customer, you will earn both Avios and Qpoints on purchase transactions on your credit card. After each year you will be able to earn an additional 300 Qpoints during the upcoming year.
• After one year, you will be able to earn an additional 300 Qpoints during the upcoming year.
• Three weeks after the 5^th of each month, customers will get Qpoints based on their monthly statement.
• Customers earn 1 QPoints for every QR 2,000 of spend using PRIVILEGE CLUB VISA INFINITE CREDIT CARD.

Fast-track tier upgrade

• Visa Infinite cardholders will be eligible for one fast-track to only Gold tier, after spending QR 14,000 using Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Infinite by Doha Bank on qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app, for booking the fight tickets only, in the first calendar year from card issuance date.
• Spends that will contribute to an upgrade to the Gold tier, will only be calculated after the main member completes the flight & the total of all the tickets purchased within first year of the card issuance should be QR 14,000+ (main card member should be part of all the PNR’s).
• Tier upgrade is awarded only after the if all the above T&C are satisfied and main card member’s has completed the journey on all the PNR’s.
• Fast track tier is only calculated for tickets purchased on qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app, Qpoints and Avios purchase from Qatar airways website would not be considered.

Spend Bonus

• Visa infinite cardholders who spend QR 50,000 on retail and e-commerce within the first three months of their card issuance date, will be eligible to receive 40,000 bonus Avios.This would be credited 45 days after the spend requirements are met.

First Flight Bonus

• 5,000 bonus Avios for flying in Business or First Class, and 3,000 bonus Avios for flying in Economy Class, will be credited main card member’s Privilege Club account after main card member completes first flight with Qatar Airways on bookings done using the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank.
• First flight bonus is only calculated for tickets purchased on qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app, Qpoints and Avios purchase from Qatar airways website would not be considered.

Double Avios

• Double Avios will be rewarded for spends on qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app for flight bookings only using the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank.
• Double Avios is credited only after main card member’s has completed the journey on all the PNR’s.

Note: Avios earning cannot be transferred to add on/Supplementary card holders (privilege card number). All earnings are awarded to primary card holder only.

• Tier upgrade is awarded only after the if all the above T&C are satisfied and main card member’s has completed the journey on all the PNR’s.
• Fast track tier is only calculated for tickets purchased on qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app, Qpoints and Avios purchase from Qatar airways website would not be considered.

Spend Bonus

• Visa Signature cardholders who spend QR 25,000 on retail and e-commerce within the first three months of their card issuance date, will be eligible to receive 20,000 bonus Avios.

First Flight Bonus

• 5,000 bonus Avios for flying in Business or First Class, and 3,000 bonus Avios for flying in Economy Class, will be credited main card member’s Privilege Club account after main card member completes first flight with Qatar Airways on bookings done using the Qatar Airways Privilege Club Credit Card by Doha Bank.
