Qatar Central Bank Requirements to Update Customer Information

In compliance with Qatar Central Bank instructions, you are kindly requested to update your information with the Bank.
Why do I have to update my information?
As per Qatar Central Bank guidelines and regulations, all account holders are supposed to keep their information complete and up-to-date with their respective Banks. You are committed to this pledge upon signing the account opening terms and conditions.
What happens if I don’t update my information?
If you do not update your information, some of your Banking services might be impacted.
Therefore, we kindly request you to choose one of the options provided by Doha Bank at the earliest to update your account information and continue enjoying your Banking experience.
How can I update my information with Doha Bank?
You can choose one of the below options to update your information.
Online and Mobile Banking
For your convenience Doha Bank is providing you the option to update your information through Online and Mobile Banking channels.
On Online Banking you can update your information by selecting ‘My Profile’ tab, on the top-right corner of the screen.
On Mobile Banking you can access the same function Under ‘View Profile’ Tab from the ‘Menu’.
You can update your information by navigating through different tabs such as QID / Passport Details, Address Details, etc. When you click on the tabs you can easily see which information is missing and mandatory fields are also highlighted. Screen messages will guide you if any supporting documents are required to update your information, so you can upload any supporting document such as your QID, Passport and Salary Certificate on the same page.
Doha Bank Branches
You can reach any Doha Bank branch, on weekdays from Sunday to Thursday to submit information update requests with following documents.
- Valid original QID or Residence permit
- Valid passport
